In a span of 5 minutes and one block of Hayes Valley: multiple homeless: one of which has been ranting for 3.5 hours and has been on our streets for over a decade, the other urinating within feet of a eateries, the other was belligerent.

Starting at approx. 3:30 am --- Michael went on a rant that went on for hours.
When neighbors question the City about this we're labeled as the uncompassionate ones.
Allowing this man to continue to live on the street and refuse services is mind boggling and defies logic.
Hayes Valley Reality:
Michael has been on our streets for over a decade.
He rants 4 hours on end day & night. There are a host of issues & reasons why many neighbors don't understand why he hasn't been housed in all this time or provided the many services he needs.
