Culminating in a full on Manga inspired moment, which is a huge collab between the lighting and comp teams

The

production teams on Ultraman (...and every other show) are crazy talented. Listen, include and collaborate with them all, and it will make every aspect of the show better.
A bit of advice for new directors - surround yourself with an amazing production team and treat them well. They are not your enemies, they are the backbone of your film. They often get paid less than you, work more hours than you, and the best ones make your film better.

Two Dorothys, one with sepia dyed clothes in a sepia painted set, followed by a seamless texas switch to Judy Garland, who walks out into all the glory of 3 strip technicolor.
