@pedrolamas @GNetworkComms Sadly that’s been my experience as a new @GNetworkComms customer. Great when it works, but zero response when there are issues. They don’t even have staff working weekends/evenings. I will be leaving ASAP. A pity as the speeds are great when they work…

@GNetworkComms Perhaps @GNetworkComms could also employ some customer service/technical support staff? 4 days with no internet with zero response to phone calls, emails and cases logged on the website.
