NHS 111 is not fit for purpose. It is a misguided and inefficient use of resources. It fails to deliver for patients and ultimately increases workload for staff. If anyone has data that can change my mind, would be interested to see it.

@SnotSurgeon Recurring problem in endoscopy as well. My suggestion has been to take a deposit. You often need to put down £20-50 to book a nice restaurant. Show up and you get it refunded. If you’re admitted to hospital/emergency then you get a refund. I suspect DNA would fall dramatically
