@sujithdevx @realhyderabad86 Slightly tough now. Prices have almost touched ₹8000-10000 per sft over the last 5-6 years. Hitech City, Kondapur, Gachibowli areas are super inflated with shared bachelor rentals being the norm, not for family buyers.

@CollinRugg Of he had hard reversed into the barrier at the rear, the damages and fines would not have been more than $5k. The car at the rear gave him adequate room.

@ganeshunwired It’s a cultural thing. Back in the day, we used to fix things, today we replace them. Holds true for everything. Be it things, relationships, heroes, etc. When Sachin lost his cool on VVS when he ran him out, we understood his humanness. We didn’t run him down for being human.

The school (read gym) was next to our lift in the gated community. Our timings never matched as it was manned by a retired uncle who went by his bio clock, not watch. In contrast, we built a gym in one of the 2 halls, use the gym in hotels when we vacay 3-4 times a year, and yes, that’s enough education seeking for us. All this minus the Gated Community toxic gossip culture. So ya, we don’t miss any education.

@reksajee @realhyderabad86 You mean premium standalone ones or gated communities? Not many premium standalone ones. Hardly 2-3 equal or bigger than ours in Alkapur. Rest all 1500-1700 sft. Gated communities a lot.

Excellent demonstration of no one, least of all kids shouldn’t protrude out of the sunroof of a moving car. It’s Newton’s first law of motion. When in motion the velocity of the car and kid are the same, when brakes are applied, car stops but kid continues in the same speed and falls out of the car.
