Good morning all. Further snow forecast for this morning and afternoon, so with that added the current conditions, the official advice is to only make essential journeys. Quiet so far, though the

is reportedly very bad.
Traffic is stationary westbound from
#M27
and
#A31
between J9
#ParkGate
and
#PicketPost
Services. Reports of snowploughs becoming stuck in traffic. Approx 4 hrs delay although reports coming in stating that the delays are a lot longer.

who were out with spades and bags of grit, sprinkling the road and then pushing cars with no traction (including me) up the hill. Heroes!
