Last night I was at a pub in Northumberland having a conversation with a couple from Bolton and none of us were remotely aware they were doing anything wrong.
That’s my sole contribution (for now) to this extraordinary revelation.
This is pretty bonkers...the govt's Covid guidance webpage seems to have been updated (Friday?) to advise against travel in or out of Bolton (Blackburn, Leicester & others) for anything but essential purposes, but the system here apparently had no idea
