We need a new MMR system that rewards you for being a a good teammate and punishes you for being a bad teammate first. Also wtf is 600 mmr for BRAND NEW players. Gold and below practically don’t exist anymore.
This is what I mean when I say the skill gap is extremely wide to a point its unhealthy in the middle ranks. both players who are heavily over ranked just happened to be on the other team this time.

The bag probably. Squishy is a massive brand in and of himself and he probably costs more than what orgs were willing to pay. Keep in mind he has FU money at this point if he handled his finances well

The whole issue is single elimination for top 8. Point distribution just compound that problem especially with seeding being so poor random seeding would have similar results

I'd love the work on a single player mode with you guys that teaches people the game from a mechanics and teamplay perspective. everyone in ranked is so lost and the mmr system changes, while well intended, have only pushed people together, who shouldn't be in the same lobbies
Don’t dive pointlessly especially as last man is literally 80% of what I have to say when I’m coaching at all levels of play.
Also you diving as last is not your teammates fault for “not rotating”
How to be a bubble player 101:
Dive, Dive again, Dive 1 more time, Dive again, Dive another time after that, Dive just 1 more time after that, Throw away free possession, Dive again, Dive 1 more time , Reset into getting hard dunked, Dive again, Dive , and Dive GGS

Ranked 3s became worthless, then over time 6 mans which is based off of 3s became worthless. Practicing not trusting your teammates and always preparing to bail them out (or being said teammate) while comming builds bad habits and doesn’t make you better in the ways that’s needed

I don’t think it’s happening that soon. My key take away from this is that Rocket league is about to become a part the Epic family and psyonix be absorbed entirely. A whole franchise is about to start hopefully
