Our loved ones don't always reach out for help when they're overwhelmed, worrying they'll be a burden, or ashamed of appearing weak. Everyone deserves help in difficult times, so I built:
It's already helped numerous people.
Try it. Save it. Share it.
@Kathryn06685044
Totally agree Kathryn, and very very sorry to hear of your losses. I designed this to help one calm down in specific moments of overwhelm, such as anxiety or panic attacks; in these moments, bringing awareness to your breath whilst utilising calm breath to influence a calm mind,
Life will take care of each & every one of us, if we trust it to.
For those who have had difficult paths, yes, it's hard to trust life, but if you take that leap of faith, then, and only then, will you see the doors it has been holding open for you all this time.

Aww you're most welcome - your friend will have felt the love and support in the simple thought behind you sharing it, they're lucky to have you - I sincerely hope they have a smooth recovery 🙏🏻
Emotional awareness is key for thriving in life.
But no one ever taught us this skill
So I thought I'd change that & put together an emotional mastery toolkit.
Reply to this tweet with 'EQ mastery' and it's yours
Watch out for some life changing stuff landing in your DM's 👀
To all who've asked how I've achieved so much (see ), this is my secret. Our greatest limitation every day, every month, every year, is our time. So, master it. Achieve more.

You are absolutely more than welcome my dear Rebecca 🙏🏻✨ I didn't expect this app to have as big an impact as it's having, I'm very blessed to be able to help such beautiful souls - keep shining bright! 💛
@sukunchopra
This is a great question!
It'd be... "You need a degree to be successful" - even the definition of success I was taught was just wrong
How about you?

Abdominal breathing is very effective in managing emotions in-the-moment, and the emotion identification + release steps help reduce the intensity of attacks over time. Subtle techniques such as dropping your shoulders as you exhale also help; just like breathing, the goal is to
Emotions are not your enemy, they can be your biggest asset if you learn to read the signs.
Jealousy: What am I longing for that am seeing in another?
Anger: What need of mine is not being met?
Frustration: What can I improve about this situation?
Don't fight the info, use it.

Suggestions are absolutely more than welcome, and I sincerely appreciate it 🙏🏻 just an FYI, I always wait for multiple users to request edits before coding them, so while you may not see the edit, know I haven't ignored it, it's just prioritised based on demand 🙏🏻✨
Thought it'd be interesting to see how the

I sincerely hope more people share that view 😅 we've witnessed society take paths of cheaper time, effort & money despite the cost of mental health, environment etc; let's see how many value human logic

"Your heart is your compass" newsletter today was a beautiful read ✨🙏🏻 (anyone reading this not signed up for LR newsletters is rly missing out)
Since I started coding 16 years ago and ambitiously began the first of many business ventures 12 years ago, I've learnt SO much that I wish I knew back then, SO much that I'm going to love sharing with you all over the coming year :)

Hmm... never rly been fussed by what others think of me, as long as I'm being me haha... If I had to answer, I'd say I wish I recognised my own inner strength more, self-doubt creeps in occasionally 🤷♂️
You?
Also... What's something you wish you recognised more within yourself?
@sukunchopra
Ooh yes love that - altho, to make that wish come true, do consider gratitude for it...
My sis n I bickered a lot growing up, irritated mum to no end 😅 now she misses it, and when we're over n bickering again, her gratitude has replaced the irritation 😋

@sukunchopra
It's not about what she said, it's about why - what mama chopra was really saying was "I miss you" - our choice of words are irrelevant when you look beyond them :)
