UK Border Agency found that there were “4 to 5 bunk beds in each room”. And they weren’t even proper bunk beds, they were just beds with wooden beams attached.
This landlord had 40 people living in a 4-bed house, with one man living in a shack made out of pallets and covered with tarp in the garden.
