Scaled my coaching bizz to $100k+/Mo last year through cold traffic weekly live webinars Took a while to crack, but once it converted it was so easy to scale it not being reliant on sales people to aggressively scale was a dream come true. and in terms of fulfillment I was just selling info+ accountability so I had one account manager that was handling 200+ customers at once with ease sad truth about coaching is that 99/100 give up within a month so you can offer a lot of accountability/1-1 coaching for a cheap price And 1 coach can easily handle 100's of clients and if you want to run the bizz unethically and optimize for profits then you can just refund the people that actually want to succeed and is taking up most of your coaches time

the more people pay for your service the better results you can get them yes? so why are you not using the most expensive offer you got as your front end offer that is big, bodacious and sexy use it to get people on calls use it to anchor your normal offer down sell your normal offer 9/10 times and get a fat paycheck 1/10 times simple

Your VSL and Pitch on sales calls should accomplish the same thing You are just trying to break a belief A belief that everything they have tried in the past was never going to work And why your thing WILL work. If done successful you will get "aha moments" on sales calls and if you get an "ahhhh, I get it", when you pitch You're closing 9/10 times...

most offers get ignored by 99/100 prospects why? because your prospects has heard it 500 times before. they dont even recognize your offer. like seeing random people walking down the street. NEED to make your offer unique to stand out. NEED to present it in a way they have not heard of before. otherwise gg... generic offers = business on hardmode unique desirable offer: business on easy mode

Listen carefully to what your prospects tell you in the discovery And tailor your pitch to be the holy missing link the prospect never had No pitch should be the same Your pitch changes based on what the prospect tells you... That way your prospects will feel understood and realize your solution is what he needs to finally get desired outcome Most people go through discovery and pitch without knowing why they are saying what they are saying Not good... You run discovery to get ammo And use the ammo in the pitch Explain why it didn't work and would never work with the way they did it before And why this time will be different
