It's stated the Heaven and Earth of 3 Worlds would tremble by the slightest use of her power meaning the ground and the sky it can't be interpreted as Universe as that would be contradictive and read as "The Universe and Earth of 3 Worlds" a Universe doesn't have a sky or ground.
