@austintexasgov The new process introduced for non emergence police request “ireportaustin” is a much inferior experience. Just trying to help sometimes well intentioned ideas turn out to be a failure this seems like one of them.

@austintexasgov love this city, but petty crime is on the rise! Here is a tip: Please go back to allowing new non-emergency police reports from the 311 app that was very convenient process that was highly effective for residents.
