@UPS your customer can only be described as atrocious. Package went missing 2 weeks ago, local office admits it wasn’t delivered where it was supposed to be. Driver keeps showing up when I’m not home. Now I’ve been on hold for over 45 min since I spoke to someone

@YouTube your iOS and iPad apps are both busted again. Anytime a video is removed from the Watch Later playlist, it resets to the top of the list, this is the third or fourth time an update has caused this issue.
