@realmarkjackson @ArchCordileone All of this is false, but even if true, why would a Catholic be unable to convey a Biblical truth to another person? Is a truth less true become you disagree with the person saying it?

@StevenKelly49 Thanks for the reply..debt issuance makes sense. I’m having trouble wrapping my head around 1/2. Maybe it would help to think micro? Say I am bank A with too many uninsured deposits. How does 1/2 work?
