My gran took unwell in March, just after her birthday. After a long spell in hospital, and being unable to visit her because of covid, she's now in a care home and now able to get more than one visitor. I've just booked in to see her on Saturday and I cannae wait ๐

Haven't been feeling ๐ฏ myself recently, and unable to pinpoint why. The gym used to be an important outlet for me, so I thought a half-hour session would ease my back in.
