The left hates aspiration, choice and the ability of families to determine their own futures.
Since 1988 good schools have been free to grow, without councils stopping them. That enabled parental choice, which in turn drove up standards. Phillipson is ending that.

It is exactly the right moment, Tim. Reform is a protest party with no real substance. As the SDP turned out to be and as the Lib Dems are today. The Conservatives will set out a compelling alternative prospectus and bring hope and prosperity back to the UK.
Is this the right moment to point out that the polls had the SDP on 52% in 1982 and that Nigel F isn’t fit to lace Roy Jenkins’ boots?

Labour's unprecedentedly speedy fall from grace after the Conservatives' historic defeat - has created a vacuum that flatters Reform. Reform has no policies, no understanding of government and little substance. The Conservatives are building an alternative prospectus and will replace this failing Labour government and bring hope and prosperity back to the UK.
Ben is spot on here. Both Farage and Yusuf are lying. Farage can't be liable for a private limited company. Yusuf can't magically 'convert' that company. Reform's leadership are taking their supporters for mugs.

What did the Bank of England’s interest rates report say? 🧵 The Bank cut their growth forecast for this year from 1.5% to just 0.75%. They increased their forecast for inflation this year from 2.75% to 3.5%. They increased their unemployment forecast from 4.25% to 4.5%.
