when i took laxatives the night before goong to school and i literally almost shit my pants during gym class bc my teacher doesnt let you use the bathrooms

after a binge it's common to start a fast or restrict a lot which just leads to more binging and a shitty binge restrict cycle
what i did was after a binge i decided to restart, let it go, don't purge it, over-exercise, or anything like that

if you're really tired of the binge restrict cycle and can't seem to get out just take a couple of days to eat normally, don't restrict or count that much and ignore the guilt
after a day or two of that go down to high res, 900-1200 cals a day and slowly work down

please change the venue i was so excited to see you but i will not go back to that venue, they waited two and a half hours after the concert started to tell us it was postponed and then refused to let cars for pickup in so many people were standing out in the rain and cold
