Dynamic orang beda-beda. Client juga bisa jadi sibuk atau lagi ada masalah. Belum lagi, ngga semua client bisa open up, even sesimpel, "Aku lagi capek." And again, unlike the talents, client ngga punya kewajiban untuk 'bereffort' because they're the ones paying here.
