@AmazonUK How do i complain about deliveries? We have open porch and just had 4th parcel in a row that's just been left on my driveway, feet from the pavement, on cctv guy doesn't even ring or knock just throws it on the floor and walks off. It's been laying there hours..

@RoyalMailHelp booked parcel collection today. Had email said failed 1045 parcel not available. We have camera on door only visitor all morning was the postie at 1033, walked up posted an item and walked away, no attempt to collect, ring bell, knock door, etc or anything..

@JoStevensLabour how these parking companies are all still allowed to rip you off is obscene. My student daughter only been driving few weeks drove into a car park for food, boyf rang, they decided to eat together, 6 mins later she drove back out, now had £100 charge thru.

@jet2tweets our transfer to airport did not arrive today. Tried the whatsapp said it was closed. Rang 24hr helpline was on hold for 25 mins. In the end we had to get a taxi. Not impressed..

Garden waste not collected again last Thursday, entire street not done everyones green bin have been out all wknd and all today, no revised date on the app just says this week's collections. @cardiffcouncil take the piss..
