@joshyp97 Hi, Century Wharf are currently still using communal green bins for recycling until further notice If you live in a block of flats with communal recycling bin collections, this change will not affect you. We will carry out separate trials to develop a recycling system for flats.

@mugiwara_sel Your permit type should be assigned automatically after inputting your address&council tax account number on the Mipermit portal - are you selecting permit type before logging in as it shouldn't be asking you this. If you can DM your full address we can also check 🙂

@scouserboy1978 Hi Matthew. You can report all instances of fly tipping through the CardiffGov App or the website on the below link. The report gives you the option to tell us the exact location by dropping a pin on the map and the crew will attend asap. Thanks, Luke.

@mugiwara_sel Hi Sel, if you are visiting in a car, you can use your allowance flexibly but cannot visit more than three times per day. If you are visiting in a van, or a car with a trailer, you can only book 1 visit per month. Full information is available here-
