@HarryStebbings đź’Ż! And together with that spending too much time worrying about what other people think (guess what. People are too busy worrying abt their own shit, not you!)

"I think it's generally human nature to overestimate risk and underestimate opportunity." ― Jeff Bezos on entrepreneurial thinking @snipd_app - save & remember the best insights you hear in podcasts

@HarryStebbings PP/Happy Hours. Agreed + it's a simplistic statement as most founders understand it's BS. Momentum/great numbers: 100% disagree. Surely they make people happy. And it's not the same as culture = the behaviours you exemplify (and particularly in hard times). See my LI reply.

@scottbelsky Agree. The question is then what are the second order effects— how will Siri choose the best agents for you for the times where you don’t instruct Siri to use a specific agent?

@snipd_app is simply the BEST podcast app ever. Probably the only product I use daily and always give an NPS of 10. I now also listen to all my audible books on Snipd — it is like switching from Nokia to iPhone.
✨ New feature in Snipd Podcast App: Chat with any podcast you've listened to! Snipd now automatically remembers everything you listen to and lets you look up anything via chat. Basically giving you perfect memory for your podcast listening. I listen to podcasts to learn from smart people, become more knowledgeable and gain actionable insights. But I can't remember everything and audio makes it difficult to look up important information afterwards. 🤔 Which steps did Huberman recommend in his protocol again? 🤔 How did Naval define happiness? 🤔 What concept did Jeff Bezos suggest for making decisions? We want to fix this once and for all. If you invest 3 hours into listening to a podcast, you might as well remember it ;) You can try it out for free on iOS & Android. It's time to learn better from podcasts!

@olivercookson @vavaverve @olivercookson — constructive founder2founder feedback. Tried Verve bc I would ❤️ to switch from AG1 to you guys mainly for price and little bit for the mix. The taste is not there yet for me to switch— if you fix this then I will switch & am sure many other current AG1 customers

@HarryStebbings Not surprising at all. Behaviour psychology —> things that are easier (passive consumption is way easier than active & more entertaining) are more pervasive/frequent behaviours. B= MAP per BJ Fogg. Ozempic though is super easy and a subscription as big as Netflix/Spotify.

@olivercookson Best feeling ever. Well done for starting again. It’s always more difficult and courageous to decide to do that.

@GreekAnalyst ❤️ this. Would be interesting to add the hours of (1) thinking (2) planning (3) shopping (4) cleaning (5) digesting. My hypothesis is that this occupies most of our non-sleeping hours in a day and it is top of mind all the time => why I believe we can have impact with @Join_ZOE

@HarryStebbings Love ❤️ this @HarryStebbings. "Build for one = build for many. Build for many = build for none"

@HarryStebbings @HarryStebbings very true. Even more important though is we 100% know “exactly what we celebrate and more importantly not tolerate”. In other words, there is 100% laser clarity on who/what behaviours we want on the team.
