It blows my mind that there are still buyers that exist who think sh*t talking a deal will help them win the deal.

Time blocking can be a game changer in CRE brokerage. There are several aspects to the business of commercial real estate. You can’t properly service your clients by continuously getting distracted even by other business related items. Allocate time for each category in your business.

You are what you surround yourself with! More than ever I have been putting emphasis on not only who I’m around, but what I’m reading, who I’m following, and even what posts I like and comment on social media. It’s a peace of mind that I encourage everyone to seek. Especially when you factor social media algorithms. I appreciate all of my colleagues helping others and being faithful. I’ll say this…. If you work with the right people it’s definitely not as silly as it sounds. I was extremely hesitant in hiring a coach a few years back and felt like a complete scam. I needed to find out though and was willing to pay the price for truth. I was personally glad I hired one and it had a huge impact on me. I will also say that it got repetitive after a couple months and I stopped doing it, but was definitely worth it for me.
