I think that is a possibility with the mentally ill yes. However, I do not believe Kanye should have his freedom of speech limited because of that. I think we all collectively live under a certain ptsd from WWII where we believe anyone like Kanye, or a Kennedy, or a Trump, or an Obama could due to their speaking abilities or words lead a majority of the population into committing acts against minority groups or even a minority inspired to commit acts against the majority however as a result of this concern we have taken and continue to move towards restricted speech when the historical circumstances are not similar. He who would prefer safety over liberty loses both and deserves neither.
