Idt it’s about diversity hiring here plus she’s an upcoming sde intern so I genuinely feel not everyone’s aware of ML algorithms at this stage :) .
P.S I have observed companies asking standard DSA questions for these roles which most students focus on irrespective of gender.

I think there’s a middle ground to everything.
Jitne ache halaat dikhaye jaa rhe hai utne hai nahi and jitne bure halaat dikhaye jaa rhe hai woh bhi nahi hai.
One should consider initiatives from both sides and then come to a conclusion.

The more I’m organising events,the more I realise how difficult it is to get the right team work,do PRs,get audience and arrange everything properly. It definitely takes a lot of efforts and “bhag-daudh” xd.

My team had won 3rd prize out of 250+ registrations with a cashprize of 20,000rs at HACKBPIT,a 24 hr hackathon organized by BPIT. It was an amazing experience working on the project whole night and then giving a presentation before the judges.

I want to pursue something else, but seeing others makes me study what they're doing.

A junior from IITD contacted me.
He said he's interested in IoT, electronics, and design, but everyone around him is coding and discussing DSA. Because of this he feels a lot of FOMO and isn't able to pursue his interest correctly.
