What an era was this... We moved on, but hey, many, many warm memories with Canu! Goodbye. Do not expect another release. This is it, folks. The sequencing technology has moved on and Canu is all but obsolete now.

@nanopore We have some indication this had to to with running the flongle at too low temperatures.. ~33 degrees instead of the target ~40 degrees. (not confirmed bij ONT yet) We had put on a fan for summer temperatures, left it on in winter assuming it cannot do any harm.

What is wrong with gpt4!? It constantly gives me flawed coding solutions, just like gpt3.5. Simple questions like basic dna operations cannot be translated into an awk solution. Every solution seems different, and not always right :( #justgotusedtoAI #ChatGPT4
