8 weeks into bulking. Arms, legs, chest, shoulders and butt have all grown. Waist is also up a little bit, but not so much that I’m worried about it.

4 months after switching from cardio focused weight loss to strength training. I’m pretty much the same weight in both pics, but even after dropping 25kg and doing more cardio than I’ve never done before, my body still looked out of condition.
Still more to do though.

Wow shorts feel so bad compared with swimmers - uncomfortable, impractical and just wrong. I don’t know why so many guys wear these to get wet.
