So thankful they took this maniac off the streets, the citizens of Manitoba can sleep easy tonight knowing they have the top rent-a-cops on the job.
At 6pm on July 24, a 35yo was stopped for using a cell phone while driving this sprayer. Fined $672 + 3-day licence suspension + $113 for failing to produce licence to a peace officer when required.
