Envey people who create viral tweets. I am sure you have seen 1000 tweets that look like this: "Excel is the most powerful business tool But 98% of people don't know how to use it, Here are 10 tips..." I wrote a simple GPT that can generate those for you. Simply choose a topic and a percentage, and the tweet will write itself. (BTW, I think those tweets are annoying...)

Would you consider less black-and-white thinking here? We need to elect great leaders, but there is little evidence that the only path is business. For every Bloomberg there is an Obama. You have great mayors and secretaries like Pete Buttigieg. Ronald Reagen was an actor. Being in politics is not the same as running a business. Some do very well with this transition, others not. But I don't think there is one formula.

The crazy thing about Starlink on board is not how good it is but how terrible everyone else is. The internet speed on United flight today is equal to the speed 15 years ago. So it is less about how amazing @Starlink is and more about everyone else that stopped innovating.

I am curios. Since you have a chef, you have full control over the raw ingredients for most of your meals so there should be no difference unless you buy/eat processed food or go out to restaurants a lot. Plate size is American restaurants is larger for sure and the chefs optimize for taste, not health.

Almost 100% of the senior people that actually worked with him donโt support him. Would you have hired anyone with this record? Also $1000 to your favorite charity if IS under Trump does anything better when it comes to the Hamas. There is no additional price that they can pay at the moment. And yes, I am very familiar with what happens on the ground in Gaza.

Uber is the best success story of the mobile era. It fully leveraged the smart phones in our pockets to build a whole new business model. Happy to have @emilmichael speaking at @Replicant_AIโs Resolve conference in Miami, speaking with our very own @jackabraham.

I am in a room full of CIOs from very large enterprises with a good representation of Fortune 50 companies. Two pretty surprising points of view I hear: * AI is still an experiment * AI has no proven ROI yet AI is a tale of two cities: Some early adopters (@Replicant_AI 's customers like AAA, Doordash, Corvel, and ADP) have used AI tools for years and use them for mission-critical tasks, answering millions of customer service calls. They all see direct and significant savings from using the product and indirect benefits like higher customer and agent satisfaction. In the other city, CIOs are still experimenting and looking for where to start. There is no real difference between the two groups. Some early adopters are 100 years old, and some laggers were born 20 years ago. In my experience, it is down to a few people in those organizations who jumped into the cold water early on and now reap the benefits.

"I think it is becoming clear that call centers are going to be the next really big disruption (by AI)." @DavidSacks We started @Replicant_AI because we believed in it as early as six years ago. A few points about what we learned: * For some customers, the future is here. AI is already automating a big chunk of their calls. I talked with a customer yesterday who stopped replacing departing agents a year ago and now has 40% fewer agents while having 20% more calls. * Unlike what most people think, customer satisfaction scores from AI agents are higher with human agents. The calls are efficient and have no wait. * Last pointโthe All In team thinks it may lead to unemployment in the US, but it would not, based on what we see. A large portion of calls are being outscored to non-English-speaking countries. The quality is low, and the turnover is high, leading to low CSAT scores. Our customers almost unanimously reduce the volume of outsourced calls and keep their local agents for complex or escalated calls. It will, however, majorly impact the Philippine economy, with over $1.5M outsourced agents there alone.

AI will force anyone in any job to be better. Standing on the sidelines and thinking that there is nothing you can do is a mistake. AI today is not versatile enough, not thinking big picture, not creative, and not flexible in solving problems. This is your edge today. In a year, AI will be better. Youโd have to keep finding your edge and use AI to lift you. We did it with every tech advancement. There's no reason not to do it now.
