@drjohnm Unfortunately not all places could use of PFA. In Brazil specifically in Public Health Hospitals the few ones that can perform AF ablation do not even have contact force catheters. In my hospital we have it and 1 PFA pays 3.5 ablation with Ensite and TactiCath.

@FergieLosiniec1 @MRazminia I use wire in LSPV and advance the sheath ate the patient of the vein. After this I exchange the wire to pigtail. I feel and think it is safer to advance the sheath inside the LAA as I steal use the “pullback” approach to Watchman implantation.

But I will share my option to open the discussion! In some derivations it looks like an atrial flutter and this aberrant conduction mediated by the accessory pathway? But I do not know how verapamil would revert the tachycardia!!!
