We were the better team. The coach got it just right, and some poor errors cost us in the end. These teams are evenly balanced though, and we can definitely score over there. No away goals rule to worry about either.

Yeah, he missed that opportunity. Every player can miss o e shot. But the fact is that he only had this one shot and the entire team not much more than that. With a different team tactic he might have had more than just the one chance. That's the point being made.

I have to say that the players one might describe as the journeymen have added a backbone to this German team. Mittelstädt, Andrich, Füllkrug, Führich. All work their socks off. Mittelstädt in particular has been a revelation.
