When I was in public school at 10 years old I was jumped by 4 kids like this. I remembered what my dad said..."You don't have to beat all of them...just go rabid dog on one. Bite a finger off or rip a nut off...the blood and screaming will calm the rest down"... It works.

My wife had a similar career path as mine...almost identical.. When we had our daughter my wife thought about staying at home and homeschooling..giving up a VERY lucrative career (over $100k a year in 1987). This was how important she thought being a mom was and I supported her.
