1. Casper came out months after the incident. No one cared at the time.
2. It is typical of sexual abuse victims - ESPECIALLY CSA VICTIMS to take years to come out, for MANY reasons.
3. Because of 2, statue of limitations for csa are actually typically nonexistent.
