@MrGeorgeClarke @AmazonUK Ordered my dad a pair of ear pods and when he opened the sealed @Amazonuk package he pulled out a snooker ball! Got a refund but had no follow up, explanation or apology on the theft that took place within the Amazon fulfillment centre! Hope you get your issue sorted ASAP! 😕

@SumUp If it often happens it’s not fit for purpose! It’s an expensive bit of kit that has hardly been used due to COVID and lockdowns and now have been told to send it to landfill. Yes, I understand the warranty issue but still…5 days use is poor quality!
