@irojeh1 @fortissim2 i think we might have lost the plot, do u think the fort record should count as the "overall modern tetris sprint wr?"

@irojeh1 @fortissim2 only fort & justin can say if its less skillful or no, 1kf requires the memorization of a LOT more inputs, i struggled w it 4 yrs ago when i had it deepdropped, regular 1kf is HARD MAN, we working on 1 data point. i believe if more ppl play it the more its gna be be accepted

@irojeh1 @fortissim2 not directed@ the boy jimothy, but it does feel like a lot of the feeling is that 1kf is "too ez" since fort was able to get wr after a kinda short time fort could already think @ 8pps, he was fast because he was good at stacking & handling, now hes fast because hes good at 1kf 2

RT @garvidge: They have different skillsets for sure, but the question is "do we care?" What are the skillsets that we really want to rewar…

It feels like the majority of the complaints are that 1kf does not have the "mechanical depth" of guideline controls. 1kf isn't trying to be guideline. Unless we value finesse over stacking in sprint, there is no reason to lessen the value of a more accessible input method
1kf should be on a separate leaderboard. my main argument is based on the fact that 1kf sprint and sprinting on normal controls have completely different skill sets. i have not played 1kf before but i do feel qualified enough to talk about this topic.
