I wasnt doing KYC with my Driving licence, i did it with legitimate czech national ID and they approved it. After all this is not my mistake that your team messed up. Can you give me back my precious time i spent trading on the accounts? Or the payout and refund is fair to me.

An update on this case:
Found out I legally don’t hold vietnamese citizenship since 2004. Because I applied for Czech citizenship that year. Czech Republic only allowed to choose from one in 2004. I chose Czech so my Vietnamese one automatically fell off.

The place of birth in this case doesnt matter, i provided Czech documents that i am a citizen of Czech Republic and they APPROVED it MANUALLY, can you read that again? APPROVED MANNUALY. They said my documents passed KYC and then banned me XD
