@thepatwalls That is effectively the extent of the product in this case though isn’t it? The free tools have a freemium upsell

@matt__yao It's a better mental model of how the brain works. You can have one part of you that's lazy, one part of you that's ambitious. They coexist together. Other forms of therapy treats the entire person as the smallest unit, IFS breaks it down further.

@levelsio Just gonna provide an anecdotal counterpoint - I’ve had ~10% BF for a year now. Getting to 10% was the harder part for me, it’s not been too difficult to maintain and feels like status quo at this point. I use @MyBodyTutor for accountability / guidance so that helps

brb looking for a new career
Today we're excited to introduce Devin, the first AI software engineer. Devin is the new state-of-the-art on the SWE-Bench coding benchmark, has successfully passed practical engineering interviews from leading AI companies, and has even completed real jobs on Upwork. Devin is an autonomous agent that solves engineering tasks through the use of its own shell, code editor, and web browser. When evaluated on the SWE-Bench benchmark, which asks an AI to resolve GitHub issues found in real-world open-source projects, Devin correctly resolves 13.86% of the issues unassisted, far exceeding the previous state-of-the-art model performance of 1.96% unassisted and 4.80% assisted. Check out what Devin can do in the thread below.

@Suhail I like this idea a lot. My mental clarity is annihilated when I wake up and immediately have my thoughts incepted by whatever messages i've received or whatever is happening on social media

@Culture_Crit Ironically this is because people are social and want to share this moment with others

@animalologist Taking this a step further, this implies “people pleasing” is a form of manipulation.. a people pleaser alters their communication/behavior to manipulate others into liking them. Tough pill to swallow as someone who has done a lot of people pleasing! 💊

@ellebeecher @theboardtalks okay dumb question from the peanut gallery -- how you are you tracking what everyone talked about? lol. Like do you ask everyone afterwards what they talked about on the walk to compile the list of topics?
