Maybe an SDA/MDA (Missile Development Agency). Or an announcement about their own Satellite as a Service. I believe their goal is to become a SaaS provider. They just need to decide what to add to their satellites. I believe what they intend to do is provide services. For example, the fire in California, California can contact them and pay a subscription fee to use Rocket Lab satellites for the time they need to only. Kind of like a Netflix subscription. People can turn it on and off as required.

@thehustlebrosyt @RocketLab @Globalstar @MDA_space They probably wanted to be prime for Apple. They probably were not interested in q deal like last time.
