The High Performance Foundation exists to enable young people, no matter their background, to be able to write their own story and believe it’s within.

Our young people are lacking the capacity to withstand or recover quickly from day-to-day difficulties. Our mission is to equip young people with better coping skills, so they are better placed to deal with challenges before they develop into a full-blown crisis.

The TRANSITIONS module of Game Plan, draws on the theme of resilience to prepare students for the upcoming challenge of exams and the upcoming transition out of school or college. Game plan is a free personal development resource for schools, like no other.

2025 is set to build upon the incredible progress we’ve made this year, with plans to reach 50,000 young people. Together we can expand the Game Plan curriculum to reach a greater age range of students from ages 11 - 18 and roll out this vital content. Are you in?

An inspirational day @HealingAcademy1 today opening their High Performance Hub and speaking to students and teachers.
Today, we opened our highly anticipated 'High Performance Hub.' @foundation_hp This is a space that is open to ALL colleagues and pupils as part of our values of success and happiness for all. This will provide us access to great resources and a dedicated space for our pupils to come in to talk about their future careers. We were resourceful and utilised many resources that we already had in school and managed to set up the centre with no financial outlay... apart from the time of our great colleagues. Massive thank you to Freddie Norton to Beth Gammage not forgetting the amazing Chloe Dannatt from the The High Performance Foundation for taking the time to come and who visited Healing today to discuss the Game Plan resources and film colleagues. Thanks also to Joseph White Liam Jackson ChPP FAPM AMEI Steve Hoey Dr Louise Jarvis Today reminded me that hashtag #HighPerformance is about collaboration, culture and leadership but also shared values. At Healing High Performance provides us with a platform for information and inspiration to unlock our own version. This has also included quotes via Jake Humphrey and Ellie Simmonds in key spaces. We are also currently exploring how local, regional, national and international businesses can support us in bringing this space, and the whole school community, to life. Knowing myself' is one of the topics that students explore through using Game Plan. Our resources help young people reflect on their strengths and values, and how this can help them to transition through and beyond school to the next stages of their lives.
