since rarity is a very appearance driven kind of pony, she would have a strict diet. of course this doesn’t mean she always sticks to it, since her emotions can cause her to binge
her shyness would keep her from filling her plate, if she took a plate at all. she’d be scared of looking greedy and would want there to be more food for her friends! she would have almost bite sized portions on her plate. One tiny serving from each thing served to be polite!

either big omad or little snacks through the day kind of pony. no inbetween. look at her! shed try her best to get balanced food though. she needs energy for her animals! if she’s omading she’d have a balanced meal, and her snacks would be full of protein.
her diet would consist of a variety of neat and healthy foods. rice, veggies, protein, all the salads, homemade smoothies and more. she loves to eat pretty foods that give her the best nutrients to stay so gorgeous c:

of course she does binge every once in a while, it’s so hard to keep up with such a strict diet! but she tries her best either way. to keep herself from binging, she would enjoy dark chocolate and tea. she does have a sweet tooth! if you do binge, don’t beat yourself up!

a brainy pony must eat brainy foods! dark leafy greens, salmon, avocados, tomatoes… anything and everything to keep her mind sharp! she would follow the food chart guide, a protein, veggies, grains, fruits, and dairy!

being the element of generosity, she’d often offer her food to her friends! she’s not scared of eating in front of other people, but rather how she looks while eating it. She doesn’t want to be seen as sloppy or gross, so she tends to avoid it altogether.

i think out of the entire mane 6 pinkie pie is seen eating the most in the show (lol)
She’s definitely not restrictive, so i believe she has bed + possibly bulimia. (although i do love the junkorexic headcanons c:)

she’s not much of a snacker. the only time she would snack is with her friends or at another social gathering. she does love finger sandwiches and tea snacks though. since she spends so much time working, she’d have quick snacks like a granola bar or yogurt

coffee… coffee… and more coffee! twilight would also definitely enjoy a nice cup of tea at night with her book to settle down and relax! She also definitely has one of those giant jug water bottles that have motivational marks on them. (hydration is important to her)
her diet is everything! she’s not a picky pony. of course her favorite things to eat are sweet treats, she is not seen to have any food she hates… even cupcakes with hot sauce…

rarity loves tea! she’d love protein shakes as well as it gives her the energy she needs to work so much! she would also enjoy fancy lattes, cappuccinos and more. caffeine is one her best friends!

twilight doesn’t seek out snacks, they just kind of fall into her hooves! a friend offers her a muffin here, someone’s giving out free apple slice samples there… the main kind of snacks she eats are the ones she’s given!

due to her binging habits, she would overbake alot of different things for herself. after realizing all she’s baked, she would kindly drop some off for her friends! c:
if she binges, she will either b/p or do so by exercise.

due to the high cal intake from her foods, she would take 0 cal juice, energy drinks, everything. Of course she’d slip up every now and then though.

being so busy with studies, ruling and more, she often forgets to eat! :c this leads her to burning out. since she forgets to eat alot, when she finally does, she goes a little overboard bc of how hungry she is! thankfully though, she doesn’t beat herself up too bad.

I’m glad someone said this to me bc I want to talk abt it. The double standards society has against eating disorders is insane. You don’t understand how I think, you don’t get to say what my coping mechanism is. They’re fictional ponies. It would be different if they were real.
