@DaveNadig I didn't read it as certainty, just as a personal view that you have actively challenged. But that's much more than you can expect from most people's opinions, and thats what I'm saying I can appreciate. Anyway, thanks for the info on Pas' book, I plan to read it.

@DaveNadig I wonder at how you feel about the idea of Star Trek transporters. I'm guessing you might not be fond of the idea of using one 😅

@DaveNadig Sounds interesting, its newer than anything I have read on the topic. I'll have to pick through it. I consider myself a hard physicalist like Carroll, so I could use something that goes against my confimation biases.

@DaveNadig Imagine if we had to observe/measure the speed of a baseball thrown by a pitcher by slamming another baseball into it as it flew to the plate. Would we conclude that the baseball must be aware of us watching and made a decision to never be a strike while we were looking?

@EconstratPB @slackercapital Your last meal is an apt comparison. Because if prepared improperly, your last meal can kill you. So too can your last trade, if you sized too large (not saying that's the case for you here, just saying in general it's actually a pretty good metaphor).

@BlacklionCTA @dampedspring They care about the direction more than the level, and the direction is heading the wrong way.

@eliasjg0 Better be ready to film a video of yourself, from 4 different angles, trading while simultaneously juggling 3 kitchen knives as you stand on your head.

@returnstacked @choffstein this was a pre-existing mutual fund ticker? Was it always using the same return-stacked portfolio, or something else?

@bennpeifert I vote that a downside forced move should be dubbed a "squash" rather than a squeeze.

@JosephPolitano And people wonder why he was so concerned with these guys' names being published.
