Half a decade ago, I did the wildest, most insane thing I've ever done, even up till today. I took off to Antarctica. So many people have asked me why. Why? Weren't you scared? Someone even berated me that I live on the edge & have zero respect for human life😂. Some have even gone further to accuse me of behaving like oyibo. It all started from having a bucket list of travelling to every continent of the world. I am a doctor, right? But human beings are not supposed to be just one thing. I also try to do the things I love so that life won't pass me by. There's a reason our brains are the most complex of all primates. It's a long ride, so fasten your seatbelt. Ride with me. My vanity is thrilled because my old gym wasn't counting, but my new gym is. I'll raise a glass to 150 visits over 15 months, yea, not the optimum, as I've been on the road so much. Still🥂 to all the happy hormones [serotonin et al], to fitness & a healthy rectus abdominis.

Ah! I've been to this house in Vienna-Austria. It's Sigmund's home, now a museum. I was moved by the letters exchanged between Sigmund Freud and Albert Einstein. They were kept intact. Crazy stuff. For context, Freud died in 1939, Einstein in 1955 & I visited the house in 2022.

@its_yugee I think it's a small price to pay when you're curious about the world and desperately want to see it.

I also walk around a bit to keep the blood flowing.
