That was my story too. The best thing I’ve done for myself was leaving my Big4 consulting job after 2 years to pursue a new career (in design)
Quitting with a plan is hardly ever the coward’s way out. Especially early in your career, it is easily the wisest decision you can make
My nephew got hired by one of the Big 4 consulting firms right after college (this was 2 years back). The entire family was ecstatic and so was he at the time. Yesterday he came over and broke the news that's he's quitting. Apparently, he's 'burn out' and want to take a break
