I met a Bangladeshi guy in a small village in Scotland. I told him I was Malaysian. He said, beautiful country, not so nice people. I agreed.
I was in Kathmandu in 2013 for a shoot. A Nepali walked up to me and greeted me in Malay. We chatted for a bit.
“Saya dulu kerja security, Kota Tinggi. Boss jahat, pukul,” he said with a sad look in his eyes.
