@pennyelizabeths Gas is 100% better. You have to get used to it, but once you do it’s so much better. It’s instant heat on and instant heat off. Need to lower the temperature while you cook? It’s instantaneous and doesn’t hold heat like an electric burner. Works during a power outage too.
