no 145 cals twinkies or some unfilling chips, no small portions either since i thought it was a torture, so i told myself when i reach my gw i'll bring whatever, this desire faded later btw.

i first needed to acknowledge what i crave the most and completely stop eating it and for me it was instant noodles and doritos. it was very hard at first but i never gave in by putting a goal, promised myself to get one once i lose 3 kg but guess what? didn't crave it !

DO NOT STARVE. when u tell urself ur fasting and this hunger will soon go away and ur body will cope, it will make it sm easier than when u think abt food 24/7.

cal intake? i ironically didn't count cals at this time which lead to not binge nor even think abt it. doing some calculations it was around 1.2k/1.4k cals with like 2 metab day a month, do not underestimate them they literally accelerated wl and protected me from plateau

you don't have to take lax whenever u felt like to ur body can get this shit out because it's hopelessly demanding for water, so hydrate my friend.
i stopped after i got covid 19 then how did i not gain a single pound back ? cuz 👏 i didn't 👏 deprive 👏 myself 👏 from 👏 a specific 👏 food 👏. i stopped weighing myself, thinking abt my next gw etc but never stopped my lifestyle, i was still eating healthy and walking...+
⚞ exercise ⚟ (1/2)
i actually didn't exercise, i just walked for 15k/18k steps daily mostly in school, i literally exploited every opportunity to walk to somewhere instead of taking any means of transport. it was pretty easy and fun.
to sum everything up, losing weight ( fat ) is simple 70% from eating style and 30% exercise. don't make ur cal limit 800 and just miserably eat junk food ur just making urself a fool. eating enough protien and healthy carbs and fats along with some exercise is what it all needs.

eating less ofc, what actually helped is intermittent fasting IF , school and protien/fiber intake. i can't stress the importance of protien enough, i tried to make my 2 meals mainly consist of protien, i was so satisfied the whole day.

took me around 3 weeks and untill today i haven't bought them since then, ofc depends from one person to another, i just didn't deprive myself and everything went smoothly, our bodies cope faster than you think so just trust the process.
First i'll mention something i had done before those 2 months which doesn't completely have an impact on wl but accelerated it, so please put it in mind.
also this was one of my funniest wl journey i've ever had, i don't remember struggling in my life through this period.

remember those 2 months i hit the gym ? they actually helped me walk for a long time and hence burt more cals and faster ! i maintained them by eating enough protien to only lose fat not muscles.
I hit the gym for almost 2 months , built muscles but didn't lose much fat owing to the incredibly bad eating style, since school started i had to stop going to the gym, thinking i'll be fatter but lil did i know it was just the start .
by the time i reached my gw i had already got used to my healthy lifestyle so everything was so flexible and didn't find it tiring , as i said before ur body copes to any change if it was to its benefits.
