It’s hard to argue with these two. Let’s stay the course: contact Congress, contact the media, and be respectful. I expect to see some significant developments before the end of March. @Giftsonglass 😂 If not, then we’ll have to pivot and discuss it. This is just my suggestion, not advice that you should feel obligated to follow, but I do have my trust in these two gentlemen, @bleedblue18 and Matt N.

The value of the company and the liabilities that are owed to them is different than the current value of the land lease, and that value of the land can greatly change based on the amount of oil that’s discovered or how the land is used via geothermal, etc. To me, it’s always been a spec play.

If you’re wondering why I get so angry at regulators and those in oversight roles for their lack of action, this is why. This is how things get done in my world. A patient texted me this morning after I helped her run a marathon two weeks ago. She slipped and fell at her building and broke her fibula. It would normally take weeks or months to see a top surgeon, but she’ll be getting in within the next day or two.
