I think every 2D artist should at least try 3D because you can get pretty wild it once you know how to apply em to your existing 2D artwork, not only it's cool to see your artwork animated, but it is also fun to make, and I think Blender is a great tool for it. (1/2)

Quick overview of my addon,

this one is rendered at 1440x617 and upscaled to 3840x1644.
Obvious denoiser artifacts here and there, but good enough for a preview!

Here's the final result of my little project for finals, I had a lot of fun making this one and play around with Blender to do 3D compositing using just Image planes.
I believe you can do pretty much the same thing in AE, but I find more fun making this in Blender instead. 1/2
