awful paranoia, I was shaking the entire time, and my heart rate was way above 130 (usually, it's around 60). I threw up a few times (but I only remember doing so once), and cried thinking i was going to accidentally off myself.

please stay careful when purging !!
- I always use a toothbrush or pencil (as to not bruise or hurt my hands)
- it will take a minute or two and you'll cough a lot at first (usually 1p gags before anything comes out)
- don't wait in-between gags, keep hitting the pencil -
