The "thinking crazy things" part is why you need to go out and do stuff every once in a while.
Introverts can stay inside all weekend. No people. No phones. No plans. No BS. Just chilling alone. Staring at walls. Watching movies. Reading books. Eating snacks. Doing stuff they love. Thinking crazy things. And trust me, they regret nothing. But you won't get it.
